Came in Richmond to relax and have fun, this pet-friendly hotel was superb base for doing it.

The staff was very unhelpful.

Its personnel was amicable and helpful, no complaints.

Nice location and service, I liked its essentials. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating and an electronic key card where a nice touch. Really great stay, as always.

We liked a continental breakfast.

The staff was hospitable and the accommodation was calm. There were relaxing & newly decorated rooms available. The food served was delightful! In general the service was exceptional too. Strong drinks, excellent wifi were a nice surprise.

The weather was wonderful, had fantastic stay. Delicious and yummy food. Everything was great and within 25 minutes' drive of Richmond International airport.

The bathroom was large and the staff was super-friendly. The hotel was in a lovely area. Breakfast was exceptional and had lots of food. Nice design, nice service in the entire property. There were great internet and free parking available.

Cozy hotel, quiet room, big bed. The beach nearby was perfect and the view was great. The restaurant onsite was excellent, it served excellent dishes.

i liked staying here, the location was ideal. beautiful room which had towels, that were clean. plenty of outstanding food for american breakfast.

The American breakfast was the best part of our real good stay. Relaxing unit. So affable personnel, were ready to help.

Updated room, happy staff and exceptional breakfast. Nice service within 16 miles of the airport. I didn't feel like leaving, spent fabulous time and can't recommend it highly enough.

The hotel was really warm, the staff was cheerful, such wonderful experience overall. Extremely comfortable bed, quite spacious bathroom and TV and microwave in the room. In the restaurant they served Chinese cuisine dishes. Very easy location, great prices❤
